Terms and Conditions TICKETS AND TOURS USA and ticketandtoursusa.com is an independent ticket agency and not affiliated with any other ticket agency. We are not affiliated with, nor do we have any licenses or strategic alliances with, nor are we authorized by any box office, promoter, venue, theatre, stadium, professional sports team, college sports team or sporting association. Any and all copyrights, trademarks, or trade names used by us are for descriptive purposes only. We are not acting on the authority of or by the permission of any organization. Prices and availability are subject to change. All sales are final. Prices are guaranteed at the time the order is confirmed. TICKETS AND TOURS USA DOES NOT SELL TICKETS AT FACE VALUE. Depending on the cost to obtain tickets and the degree of difficulty to locate tickets, our prices can vary greatly from one event to another. Packages/tickets are good for the stated date(s) only. Due to the nature of our business, delivery of tickets could be as late as the day of the event. An odd amount of tickets cannot be guaranteed to be together. TICKETS AND TOURS USA is not responsible for any event cancellations or rescheduling, including event postponement, due to weather, acts of nature, and acts of terror. If an event is cancelled for other reasons, there will be a 10% return fee deducted from the purchase price of the package and/or ticket. There are NO REFUNDS for postponed events. TICKETS AND TOURS USA reserves the right to upgrade the tickets at no additional cost. For ALL events held in the state of Texas, 8.25% state sales tax is required and will be added to the final purchase price.

WEATHER: Weather conditions affecting travel to and from the event, causing postponement or cancellation of the event. Such circumstances are beyond the control of Tickets and Tours USA and accordingly, no refund for unused services, or allowance for the loss of enjoyment caused be weather conditions, will be made by TICKETS AND TOURS USA.

TRANSPORTATION: TICKETS AND TOURS USA shall not be held responsible for damages, delays, cancellations or injuries caused by individuals, acts of God, acts of war, riot, civil commotion, acts of State, strikes, fire, flood, or by the occurrence of any other event beyond the control of TICKETS AND TOURS USA.

CANCELLATIONS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS.

Thirty days prior to the event and upon request we will agree to place your order on a "Try to Sell" basis.

If TICKETS AND TOURS USA is unable to fill your ticket order as specified, TICKETS AND TOURS USA will exercise the following procedure: 1) Comparable tickets will be provided 2) Tickets will be upgraded 3) Tickets will be downgraded with a partial refund 4) Ticket order may be cancelled with a full refund

WEBSITE INFORMATION Information We Collect From You In order to operate the Site and provide you with information on additional products and services that may be of interest, we may collect personal information (i.e. full name, postal address, phone number and email address) and demographic information (zip code, hometown, gender, purchase history information and age) from you. Nowhere on the Site do we knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18.

Your IP Address Like most e-commerce websites, when you visit ticketsandtoursusa.com, we automatically collect your IP address and the web page from which you came. We use your IP address to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information about you and all visitors to the site.

TOUR PACKAGES Total payment is due at booking. Upon request, a non-refundable deposit ($100 per person) will be accepted to secure package. Remaining amount will be due 30 days prior to trip. Cancellations and Refunds

All deposits are non-refundable, non-transferrable, and cannot be transferred as payment for another reservation, game ticket or different bus trip.

If package is paid in full and game is more than 30 days out, all money except the $100 per person deposit will be refunded.

If game is less than 30 days away, there are NO REFUNDS!!

Prices are subject to change based on availability. If changes (ticket upgrades or rooms) are made on a package within 45 days of booking, price will change to current market pricing.

Refunds cannot be issued for any unused portion of a package.

The purchase price of upgraded tickets is non-refundable.

SHIPPING For most events, tickets are shipped via Federal Express It may be possible when we will need to leave tickets at "will call" or have them couriered to a hotel

PAYMENTS We accept all major credit cards (no surcharge), bank wires, cashiers checks, money orders and Western Union.

RECEIVING TICKETS Upon receipt of tickets, please check carefully for the correct event, time, dates and seat location. For any discrepancies please contact a sales representative immediately.
